This website provides general information about NEC Safety Training & Consultancy and its services. You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
2. Information and enquiries
Website content is general information and does not by itself create a contract, guarantee availability, confirm accreditation, or constitute legal, certification, engineering, or regulatory advice.
3. Proposals and service agreements
The final scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, participant requirements, assessment arrangements, certificates, payment terms, cancellation terms, confidentiality requirements, and responsibilities will be stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, purchase order, or service agreement.
4. Training services
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the workplace, participants, hazards, facilities, access requirements, and relevant site rules. Certificate eligibility depends on the approved programme, attendance, participation, assessment requirements, and agreed scope.
5. ISO consultancy
NEC provides consultancy and implementation support. Independent certification is normally issued by a separate certification body. Consultancy support does not guarantee certification or a particular audit result.
6. Scheduling, changes, and cancellation
Dates remain subject to written confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation, substitute-participant, travel, venue, and refund terms will be stated in the relevant proposal or booking confirmation.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, course materials, templates, documents, graphics, and other materials remain the property of NEC or their respective rights holders unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Third-party services and links
External links and third-party services are provided for convenience. NEC does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms.
